Gabe, while spending most of his time at our Scout Title Office, practices in the areas of real estate, probate and estate planning, civil litigation, landlord and tenant, general business law and collections. Gabe, a native of Indian Lake, resides in Huntsville with his wife, Hillary, and their children Lilly, Grant and Nora. In his spare time Gabe enjoys coaching and watching his kids play sports and other activities. Gabe also likes to fish, play golf and poker. He is an avid fan of the Bengals, Reds and OSU Buckeyes.
Gabe, a licensed title insurance agent, provides advice and services to the Firm’s clients in the following aspects of residential and commercial real estate:
- Title Searches and examinations
- Closings
- Purchase Agreements
- Land Contracts and Installment Contracts
- Promissory Notes and Mortgages
- Review of Surveys and Tax Maps
- Easements and other Interests
In addition to participating in the Firms real estate practice, Gabe also assists in the Firm’s extensive collection practice. This involves the representation of numerous clients in all aspects of the collection process. This includes:
- Complaints
- Trials and hearings
- Post judgment executions (Judgment liens, garnishments attachments)
- Debtors Examinations
- Creditors Rights
- Pre and Post judgment motions practice
To round out his practice, Gabe represents Firm Clients in estate planning (Wills and Power of Attorney), Probate Law (Estates), general business law (Entity Formation) and represents Landlord in eviction proceedings.
