Terry has been lead trial counsel in hundreds of cases throughout Ohio, in both state and federal courts, including the Ohio Supreme Court and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. “I represent my clients aggressively, but also provide practical counsel in complex matters.”
Terry has represented businesses and individuals based in China, Canada, California, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Texas, New York and Michigan. Terry is licensed in Ohio and Texas.
