Connor W. Kinsey joined TDH Law in March 2012.  Prior to joining the Firm, Connor graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in economics, and from The Ohio State University with both his Law Degree (J.D.) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with distinction. He began his career as an in-house attorney for the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (“SWACO”). He continued his legal career as an associate attorney with the global law firm of Squire, Sanders (US) LLP, in Columbus, Ohio.

 

Connor has a uniquely broad practice with a focus on Commercial Development; Intellectual Property; Liquor Law; Litigation; Estate Planning and Administration; and General Business Law.

 

​Connor represents commercial real estate developers, a large, national RV dealership and related business, multi-generational agricultural family businesses, numerous liquor-permit businesses and a diverse collection of individuals. With a broad range of practice areas, Connor can handle nearly every legal need. Connor has had the privilege of providing legal guidance on many of the recent development projects in Bellefontaine, Ohio and throughout the greater Indian Lake and Logan County regions.

 

Connor is the son of Gary and Dana Kinsey of Indian Lake. He lives at Indian Lake with his wife Sarah, son George, daughter Lucy and dog Bailey. His interests include sports and exercise, fishing, skiing and other outdoor activities.

    • Assisted commercial real estate developer in the acquisitions, development and sale of dozens of properties

    • Represented buyers and sellers in numerous asset transactions involving the transfer of liquor permits
