Gabe, while dividing his time between our Indian Lake and Scout Title Offices, practices in the areas of real estate, probate, estate planning, landlord/tenant, and general business law. Gabe prides himself on gaining the trust of clients so that they know he is there for them in any situation, big or small. A proud Indian Lake native who is ingrained in the Indian Lake community, clients know Gabe is someone they can trust. One of Gabe’s clients recently told a group of people at a community gathering that, “I don’t trust many people, but I trust Gabe with everything I do. I know I can always count on him.”

 

Prior to coming to TDH Law in 2006, Gabe briefly worked in a criminal defense private practice and also as an attorney for the Champaign County Child Support Enforcement Agency.

 

Gabe, also a licensed title insurance agent, is actively involved in and helps oversee the operations of TDH Law’s title agency, Scout Title.

 

Gabe resides in Huntsville with his wife, Hillary, and their children Lilly, Grant and Nora. In his spare time Gabe enjoys coaching and watching his kids play sports and perform in their musical activities. Gabe also likes to fish, play golf and play poker. He is an avid fan of local high school sports, the Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds, and Ohio State Buckeyes.

    • Represented numerous clients in preparation of Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorneys, Living Wills, and Health Care Powers of Attorney

    • Representing buyers and sellers of privately owned bars and restaurants, including transferring of liquor permits

    • Assisted buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate identify actual and potential title defects and take necessary actions to obtain clear title.

    • Represented developers of subdivisions and property owners in the creation and amendment of subdivision plats

    • Represented condominium and homeowner associations with numerous issues involving restrictions, rules, regulations and bylaws

    • Represented numerous Indian Lake property owners with regard to easement issues and shared well agreements
