James joined TDH Law in 2023 and has served a key role in the firm’s litigation and domestic relations practices. Specifically, James has experience with construction disputes, landlord tenant disputes, foreclosures, divorce, adoption, adult protective services and children’s services matters and child custody disputes. In addition to his litigation and domestic work, James assists business clients with entity formation and structuring, contract review and drafting, and providing legal advice with respect to any and all issues the client may be facing. James also serves part-time as Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Bellefontaine Municipal Court.

James grew up in Overland Park, Kansas, and earned a degree in Finance at the University of Missouri-St. Louis where he competed on the Men’s Golf team. In 2019, James made the move to Ohio to attend law school at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. After graduating in 2022, James worked for Deloitte Tax LLP as an International Tax consultant prior to joining TDH Law the following year.

A resident of Marysville, James enjoys spending his free time playing golf and following his favorite sports teams, including the Cleveland Browns.
