JOHN BODIN

PARTNER

BELLEFONTAINE

John practices primarily in the areas of general litigation, personal injury, insurance matters and employment law. “I strive to identify the client’s objectives at the outset of representation and then to achieve those objectives as efficiently as possible. I know that if I focus on prioritizing the client’s bests interests, that client is likely to continue to use TDH Law on other future matters and encourage others to do the same.”

Clients appreciate John’s ability to analyze the pros and cons associated with various potential courses of action and to help guide the client towards the course of action best suited for the client’s need. John also provides estate planning advice and general business services.

John is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. Prior to joining TDH Law in 2006, John practiced law with a larger, well regarded Dayton firm gaining experience in general and commercial litigation. John’s wife, Colleen, is the special education director at Benjamin Logan School District where their three children (Winnie, Charlotte and Brooks) attend school.
