KATRINA GASKINS

Katrina is a lifelong resident of Miami County, Ohio. She grew up on her family’s farm located outside of Troy, Ohio, which is where she spent many hours working throughout her childhood. She graduated from Miami East High School in 2013 and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in economics from Purdue University, Fort Wayne (PFW) in 2017. While at PFW, Katrina was a Chancellors Merit Scholar and a four-year Division-1 varsity letter winner in women’s soccer. After graduating from PFW, Katrina earned her J.D. from Ohio Northern University, Pettit College of law, graduating Cum Laude in 2020.


Katrina focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, agriculture, business planning and real estate. In addition to being an attorney, Katrina is a Title Agent for Scout Title, Ltd. where she provides advice and services to clients in the following aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions:

  • Promissory Notes and Mortgages

  • Easements and other Interests

 

Katrina and her husband Jack live in rural Miami County along with their daughter, Carolyn. She began her career at Wagner, Maurice, Davidson & Zook Co. located in Urbana, Ohio before joining TDH Law in 2022.

In her spare time, Katrina enjoys trips to Indian Lake and Lake Erie with her family. Katrina also coaches the Miami East girls soccer team.
