Mady focuses her practice on all areas and aspects of construction and commercial litigation, corporate and business transactions, agriculture, probate litigation and health care.

Prior to joining Thompson, Dunlap & Heydinger, Ltd. as an associate attorney, Mady earned her J.D. from Ohio Northern University, Claude W. Pettit College of Law (2023) and her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Franklin University (2020). Mady worked as a legal assistant during her undergraduate studies, where she gained valuable knowledge and experience in the areas of criminal, domestic relations and probate, before joining TDH Law as a law clerk while attending law school. Mady also served as an intern for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) where she assisted ATF agents on federal cases. As an associate attorney, Mady looks forward to providing the same results-driven services for her clients that have made TDH Law a leader in our community since 1966.

Mady was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio, but spent the majority of her life growing up in Southwest Florida (Cape Coral). She later returned to Ohio, where she was very active in both high school and college sports. Outside of work, Mady enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and spending as much time as she can outdoors. She is an avid traveler who enjoys discovering different places and experiencing different cultures from around the world. Mady continues to build new relationships throughout the community, and she looks forward to serving the residents with the same leadership and high standards that this community has grown to expect from TDH Law.
