PARTNER

BELLEFONTAINE

Zeb, who maintains an office at TDH Law’s “Downtown” location, is TDH Law’s domestic relations expert and the head of TDH Law’s domestic relations practice group.  In 2019, Zeb was certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in Family Relations Law, and he is one of the few attorneys in West-Central Ohio who is certified in Family Relations Law.

Zeb has extensive experience when representing clients in traditional family law matters. “My professional experience gives me an edge in the family law courtroom,” says Zeb.  “In addition, growing up in a home affected by divorce allows me to relate to my clients on a personal level.  My personal and professional experience give me an advantage in the courtroom as someone who is not afraid to fight for my clients’ rights, while at the same time being that advocate for my clients and their children.”

In addition to his family law practice, Zeb represents a wide range of clients in creditor’s rights actions. “I focus on what’s important to my clients: achieving a successful result while watching the client’s bottom line.”  Whether in municipal court on a small claims matter, before common pleas court as trial counsel on a foreclosure, or in federal bankruptcy court fighting for his clients’ assets and interests, Zeb’s services encompass a variety of creditor rights issues.

Zeb also proudly serves as the duly elected President of Bellefontaine’s City Council, as well as the appointed Solicitor for the Villages of Rushsylvania and DeGraff.  In his free time, Zeb enjoys spending time relaxing with family, travelling with his wife (Kristen), working on his health and fitness, mastering the art of the grill/bbq/smoker, and hunting in Western Colorado.
