Zeb Wagner named Rushsylvania solicitor

The Rushsylvania Village Council filled a vacant solicitor position during the regular March meeting on March 6, 2017.

Zeb Wagner, a partner at the law firm Thompson, Dunlap & Heydinger, was hired as the solicitor at an annual rate of $5,400 to prepare for and attend one council meeting per month and handle other general legal duties for the village. Additional work will be billed at $175 per hour, Village Clerk Diane Rader reports.  “I’m excited about the opportunity to work with the Village Council and the residents of Rushsylvania” said, Mr. Wagner.
